Ian, how hard is it really? It looks (deceptively?) simple to get.
My other thought was to keep plugging away with our HM stuff, which will get us 3 separate Vanquisher titles as well as the Legendary Vanquisher title... see here.
So, I think most of us are on 7 or 8 out of 10 (Kind of a Big Deal to People Know Me). If we can knock over the HM stuff we will get the next big boy title, before GW2 comes out and steals us away from our first love.

here's how i hope to get to 10
skill hunting (4) and 1 vanquish.
Thought I'd take a novel approach and work through the list of elite skills alphabetically. I'm up to "arcane zeal".
The other thing I wanted to do, is save a core skill till last, so i get all the titles at once...
i was thinking something iconic that i dont have like charge (i have barrage, but that would have been my other option...
oh and master of the north will be an absolute mongrel
those dungeons are crazy in normal mode... the vanquishes... nah i'm not going there
i think it would be easier to go for the norn, asura and ebon titles personally...
but it's a farm grind kind of thing i guess...
