Running those Damn Scams!

Hey all,

This is just my first whinge about scammers. It took me three different 'runners' to get me to a place that excapes me at the moment.
The first guy says its 2k to get there and has three attempts at 'getting there' and couldnt and decides to leave the game ripping three other people off in the process (thanksfully i was not one of them).
The second person basically suckered people in including myself (i did not pay him thanks goodness) to believeing he could 'run it' and then once we began he too left the game with other peoples money!!!

Finally i came across someone who would only require payment half way along the journey. The two people who worked together were going well, until one of them dies and leave the other to do it alone as they 'had to go' (this time i had already paid 1k as we had passed halfway) i was nervous he too would die and not get us there. Finally he got us there and i paid my money after waiting 15-17 minutes for him to 'get there' . Then they had the hide to ask for 'tips' (must be american, who else would aks for tips in a Computer Game).

Very annoying very annoying. The main prob was i have to go back and scrape that rediculous area (about 10% worth of map) at some later point if i am to be a cartographer.

Damn those scammers, they have thwarted my increasing 'trust' of the GW community.

So be it, lesson leanr't, thank goodness not the hardest way of all, loosing precious precious money!!

Last Night

Last night, she said...
oh baby I feel so down... anyway.

Just wanted to say that although everyone was a bit annoyed with not really getting anywhere last night, I think its just part of the game.

Some days are tough and you feel like you wasted your time, others you coast along adding new stuff, skill capping and whatever along the way.

Really I think its just part of the game, and part of the satisfaction when we get that new bonus, or skill or whatever.

This is GW, and if you don't like it...go back to your Sega Master System and play Alex the Kid!

the futile search for comander noss

floodplain of mahnkelon
total bosses: 8
bosses we killed: 7
number we could reach: 7

can't get number 8 until doing mission!!!!
argh!
sorry if i was getting a bit shirty, i'm just getting frustrated that lots of monk skills that are "core" cant be capped in nightfall, and most the warrior ones can be. this is probably due to people who play monks are more intelligent and better look, and above all... more discerning.
for example... who knows the trut h about a certain "dr" (inverted comma's due to the dodgy institution their doctorate is from)...
