hey peoples...
was thinking that over the next few weeks I could come up with a new header for the blog, with new photos.
So... new armor? fave heroes? fave NPCs? weapons? locations?... whatever
get screenshotting and email them to me. And we'll get a group shot with our kind of big deals next week

hey all...
i feel like pretty much everything i do comes down to one thing - the Hall of Monuments.
My latest edition occurred tonight, when I upgraded Sousuke's armor.
Here he is, standing in front of the monument, with him in itI'm not sure what I'm most impressed with - the brown vest, the 3 quarter pants or the socks and sandals!

New Threads!

Well... it took me a while, but here it is! So glad I didnt just buy gold, but put in the hard yards and managed to get the full 75k with Xyla (mesmers and gold farming arent exactly 2 words you'd use in the same sentence).
I went for a dye combo of 2 purple and 1 red on each piece. I'm happy anyways!

lastly - I'm trying to actually get something finished... I have about 15k left to save for this armor, and i thought the best way to focus is to farm some sunspear points while im doing it. Who knows, I might get my wisdom title up a little too (I'm 80 of 100 now)

lastly... once i get the 15k - i need to do the final mission of nightfall to buy it (you buy it at the end). So Copland/Mick when you get there, let me know and i might come along - depends when i t is i guess. I'll come along anyways...

one week i want to???

so... i come to the realisation that I'm not going to be around for a little while...
why?
Next Tuesday - Band practice for state conference
Following Week - Outbreak Meeting (SU Camp)
Following Week - State Conference
That puts me out til August 13/14.

I can now confirm that as on that week (August 13 etc) I will no longer be working Monday nights. So... If you would like to make a switch, then that would be the time to do it.

The one thing I really (really) want to do with you guys though is a photo shoot! I think it would be best to go maisa, stamp, xyla and whoever you want caine. It would also be good to get some other screen shots, so i can make up a bit of a banner to go on our front page...

It may well work best to do this in eye of the north?
On that note, just wanted to let you know that Copland and I have now preordered ours. Its $50, thankyou Aussie dollar! I should be able to get a night free (either Friday or Saturday) on the pre-release trial (if its open to Australia) which will be the weekend before its released (24-25 Aug)

pet army: on its way

so... for a bit of fun, i wanted to try and get pets for myself and all my heroes. Just to have the option of rocking around with a pet if i felt like it. In general some heroes probably shouldnt have pets, but who gives a "rats rectum" if its fun, its fun!
So... I figure, each hero shall have a different pet... hopefully...
At the moment its just underway...

It'd be cool if we all had a couple of pets so we could have a huge army to go round with... just a thought, if you're bored and feel like trying something different

thought I'd take advantage of the double XP for skills caps this weeked and hit Perdition Rock.






















Knowing that I had a total of 4 skills to cap in the area, I took 4 caps (hoping for some lucky spawns) and 3 darkstone keys, as well as a couple of lock picks I just happened to have on me.

so the first awesome thing to mention is that I found a total of 5 chests - 2 gold items. I actually retained a lock pick for the first time, and then did it again... so that was nice! I did a full circuit of the island, which took me about 2 hours (with henchies). Here's the map.

















Lastly... I managed to get 3 of the 4 caps i was looking for. Unfortunately, Echo, was the one I missed out on. Oh well. I now have a total of 8 skills lef tto find in prophecies for the 2 classes. It means a trip to mineral springs and some other stuff.
Its pretty tough to just choose 4 skills to go with, but i managed. Here's my skill bar.

check out other weapon spells and tell me if there are any other you think might work. most only work on the next time you use the weapon or next attack skill. brutal weapon is good cause it works over and over for a set time.
